We generate revenues from; feedstock, and transform by-products like RNG, Hydrogen, also heat CO2 that can be sold to greenhouses. Our technology can last 20 years without major upgrades.
We are currently a start-up inside of an established company ASP Laser Inc. (www.alliedscientificpro.com but will spinoff soon, our technical team is very strong and has delivered technology to SpaceX, Boeing, Alstom, Facebook etc...Our management team has track record for revenue up to 3 Millions and EBITDA to 500K.
The use of the proceeding is to deploy a pilot power plan to our first customer site, they will provide the feedstock ( plastics) and we will produce 660Kwatt of electricity to feed the recycling waste sorting plan and 100000 Gigajoule of RNG, we already have a buyer for the RNG at 25 cents per Gigajoule, this customer can buy unlimited RNG from us due to the quota and government regulation.
We currently working on a Limited Partnership registered in the USA and we are actively working on getting on the OTCQB by a shell company.
