Circa Thera is a GenAI Clinical Care Engine that unifies autism and developmental disabilities care across multiple disciplines, allowing clinicians to 2x their capacity to serve learners and reduce administrative time by 70%. Circa Thera serves schools and autism clinics, delivering a clinician-made, research-backed, Smart AI OS using 90 million clinically relevant data references — enabling true workflow automation, not template-based shortcuts. CircaThera has built the only platform that unifies ABA, Speech Therapy, OT, PT, Special Education and Early Intervention in one record, vs 5 to 7 unique systems typically used by schools and clinics.
CircaThera was founded by Leila Farshchian, who has spent more than 30 years as a clinician, educator, and program builder in autism and developmental disabilities. Her entire career has been grounded in advocating for families, supporting educators and therapists, and creating systems that deliver real, measurable progress for children who learn and think differently. The CircaThera team is comprised of experts with decades of clinical, research, technical and operational experience, and the platform was built using the Columbia University CABAS model, the gold standard of research and practice in behavioral healthcare. AWS is supporting the development of the CircaThera AI engine, contributing approximately $500k via in-kind services.
CircaThera generates revenue from per learner fees paid by schools and clinics using the platform. Clinics also pay 4-7% in billings for Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and Practice Management (PM) functionality.. Additionally, CircaThera receives 50% of membership subscription revenue from their partnership with Autism Today, a global membership directory for families and service providers.
The Behavioral Health market alone represents a global TAM of $2.3B. When Speech, OT, PT and Psychiatric care are adding in, the total global TAM approaches $10B. In the past 12 months, Circa Thera has grown from 90 to more than 700 active users (care providers), driven entirely by organic referrals, bottom-up usage, and unmet need. Hundreds more are waiting in our pipeline. Within ~3 years, this foundation supports a predictable, scalable $10M ARR engine. From there, CircaThera will be well positioned to become the global operating system for neurodiversity, special education therapy and early intervention across schools, clinics, EI programs and governments, creating a $100M ARR opportunity.
