Cinnamaniac Sweets & Soda Shop
Cinnamaniac started out as a personal gesture to the founder's clients. In 2023 Eric was trying to think of a gift he could give his clients for the holiday season. Since all of the clients were restaurant owners, what better way to show gratitude than home-baked cinnamon rolls made from the heart? As a cost-effective item for the masses, it showed the clients that they meant something.
After the clients accepted the generous gift, Eric started to receive phone calls from their clients wanting to sell them in their restaurant. Most of the clients stated that Eric needed to go into business and sell them on the open market.

The Shop will be open from M-F 5am-4pm for counter service, we will also employ a sales team to build bulk wholesale orders with local coffee shops, restaurants, and retailers.

After working for corporate businesses, I am seeking to fulfill my passion for serving guest products that I have seen bring joy to people's lives. I will be in the trenches working, baking, training, and making sure this business thrives. I want to go up against Cinnabon and show them that you don't need overly sweet icing to cover up a bad roll. You just need love and passion to create a sweet treat everyone loves.
As I come to a close, I hope that you see the passion we can bring to Houston and with your help we can achieve great things.
