I am the founder of Cedars Infrastructure Development Group (CIDG), an acquisition platform focused on purchasing and growing established construction, civil infrastructure, and industrial services companies across North America. Rather than building a business from scratch, my strategy is to acquire profitable companies with proven operating histories, preserve what has made them successful, and accelerate growth through operational excellence, strategic investments, and disciplined expansion.
I bring more than 15 years of executive leadership experience managing large-scale operations, engineering, and infrastructure projects with organizations including NextEra Energy, Amazon, PG&E, and the U.S. Navy Civil Engineer Corps. My background includes leading multi-million-dollar budgets, managing large teams, improving operational performance, and executing complex capital projects.
I am currently pursuing the acquisition of an established infrastructure company with a strong customer base, experienced workforce, and significant opportunities for long-term growth. The acquisition will be financed through a combination of SBA-backed financing, seller participation, and private investment. I am seeking investors who are interested in partnering on a structured acquisition with the objective of preserving capital, generating attractive long-term returns, and creating a scalable infrastructure platform capable of acquiring additional businesses over time.
