As a lifelong property manager, and landlord, I’ve turned my business model to converting properties to short term rentals in 2018. I’ve had great success with them since my first day opening with only a few glitches due to COVID lockdowns. I’ve learned how to build strong reliable teams local to the properties to help support my short term rentals and local economies which gives me the ability to manage remotely.
My properties attract guests for tourism, travelling trades, medical professionals, reuniting families, and more.
I’ve found a way of buying properties off market for much lower price than market value and wish to continue doing so. With the help of an investor or a loan, I would be able to continue growing and expanding faster than I currently am now.
