Introduction:

We are Electrical Contracting company based in Kuwait (Middle East).
10 years in Business. Completed projects worth of 2.5 M till date.
Our company is growing very fast.
We have confirmed government contracts on our table to be signed.
We need Manpower, tools, transportation, material and petty cash.
One of the contract is valued at 3.5 M KD that's more than 10M dollars.
The other contract is 10 times the value of first contract that's more than 35M KD that is more than 100M dollars.
Our aim is to achieve the smaller project of 3.5M KD

Required Capital & Offer:

We are raising 1.5M KD in total that is almost equal to 4.9M USD as per exchange rate.
We are willing to give 25% shares in the company.
With 1.5M KD we will be able to achieve the first contract of 3.5M KD.

When and How will we recover the invested amount and generate Profit:

We will term deposit the amount in Islamic Bank that is Kuwait Finance House Bank for 3 years that will generate profit between 5% to 8% annually.
Bank will provide us all the facilities against this deposit such as Bank guarantees, Letter of Credits, insurance and loan against the project value.
The bank will protect our financial rights with main contractor.
After signing the contract we will receive 20% advance payment from the main contractor from this first payment we will pay your share partially + the bank installment following this with every progress payment we will recover our invested amount.
We assure you In 3 years time you will recover all your invested amount + profit from the bank and project both.
The profit from Bank will be shared after every 6 months.
With cash in hand we will also be taking special wholesale rates direct from the manufacturers of materials that will save us additional money.
We will be also generating money from YouTube and Instagram Reels.
Everything will be documented and audited.

About Team:

I am Electrical Engineer graduated with Master's of Electrical Engineering Degree from one of the prestigious University in Canada. I have 15 Years of Experience in Construction
My Father is Chief Electrical Engineer who has been executing Electrical Projects in Kuwait since past 35 Years. He is our mentor.
My 2nd Partner is Oil and Gas Engineer and he works in Kuwait Oil Company.
Apart from us 3, we have 4 master electricians and 2 site supervisors.
