Patents pending on solid-state electrolytes and liquid crystal media, and I have working prototypes available for demonstration to and examination by potential investors. I am willing to negotiate contracts for assignee rights to the patents in exchange for funding. I'm seeking 500k dollars to cover a year of expenses. The funds will be used to conduct research and further develop components for all-solid-state batteries, based on the materials for which the patents are pending. The solid electrolytes exhibit an ionic conductivity in excess of 3.5 mS./cm.; they can be used in electrochemical cells employing any materials with a redox potential difference as electrodes and are not restricted to electrodes containing lithium metal. They are prepared at atmospheric pressure and room temperature and require no special handling; and they all have melting points below 100 degrees Centigrade, so that they can be applied as liquids during the assembly of batteries, giving an electrode-electrolyte contact equivalent to liquid electrolytes, resulting in batteries with an energy density superior to anything currently on the market or in development.
