PROBLEM:
Historically, standard and typical commercial power supplies are designed based upon unsecured “on-the-grid” power generation systems, which is not sustainable, especially within the mission critical business sectors.
Due to substantial inefficiencies, multiple points of failure, false-greening and lack of sustainability, as well as the ever-increasing cybersecurity threats associated with grid-supplied power systems, over the past 6-years, at a cost of more than $3.6M, our Founder and Chairman, Mr. Dale Hobbie, conceptualized, pre-designed, trademarked and patented our Cleanewable-Hybrid™ System and Platforms specifically for use within the commercial, industrial and mission critical facility sectors.
Using decades-proven technologies and systems, our Program integrates preexisting technologies from multiple commercial sectors and integrates them together into a single leading-edge solution to deliver collocated energy generation and control, facility management and quantum level secured operations to remove and prevent the systemic failures such as those realized during the 2016 cyberattack against the Democratic National Committee’s grid power supply, as well as the vast system-wide failures caused by the 2021 Texas ERCOT grid power crisis and Colonial Pipeline infrastructure attack.
In support of this market making initiative to step away from grid dependence, we present the following truths about grid dependent power:
- High Carbon Power Generation
- Minimal Customer Control
- System Failure Risks
- Realtime Cyber Threats
- Extremely Aged Infrastructure
- Energy Product Losses
OUR SOLUTION:
Grid Independence, without single points of failure, is truly the only sustainable and long-term solution for high-energy consumption market sectors, which is where CH Global focused our proprietary IP and patent protected engineering and design attention, specifically within the mission critical market sector. In support thereof, we present the following truths regarding grid-independence as well:
- Abstract:
- We believe mission critical facilities need more direct control over their secured energy generation solutions to overcome identified and increasing grid instability, cybersecurity threats and to help achieve corporate sustainability goals
- Design:
- Specific to a highly secured Critical Infrastructure-Systems-as-a-Service (CISaaS) and Energy-as-a-Service (EaaS) delivery model, we focused our research, development, engineering and design on integrating best-in-class and state-of-the-art technologies and systems into our facilities
- Integration:
- The result is our proprietary systems and patent protected solutions that can be readily integrated into any commercial facility development model, whether existing or in planning, modular, scalable and deployable globally
- Collocation is the Key:
- Our proprietary solution takes clean, efficient and sustainable power generation and develops it on the same location as its end-users, not miles apart
- Wast Repurposing:
- We capture, store, reuse, or repurpose the waste emissions and thermal energy from both our power generation and the collocated operations facilities
- Highly Proven Innovation:
- Our systems integrate technologies used by industry for decades, then blend them with highly proven broad spectrum system components and equipment, driving sustainability
- Turnkey Solution:
- We took what has been viewed as opposing fire & ice sectors and integrated them into the first patent protected turnkey power generation/data solution
WHO IS CH GLOBAL:
The mission critical facilities sector, throughout the globe, is experiencing a power struggle, or more precisely, a “lack of power” struggle. Our Founder’s mission for the past five (5) years has been to champion and pioneer the most cutting-edge program that would set the bar for engineering a globally deployable, strategically integrated, clean/green and highly-efficient collocated energy generation and mission critical facility development program.
- Having over 80 years of combined cross-sector business, design, engineering, construction and operations experience, the CH Global administration and operations teams provide the skills and experience necessary to support the complexities of developing and operating integrated mission critical facilities. Whether clients are looking to retrofit an existing facility to make it more sustainable, or to master plan and develop an entirely new state-of-the-art campus project, we are truly the only global choice for futureproofed reliability, efficiency and sustainability within the decarbonized mission critical sector.
- Using decades-proven technologies and systems, our Program integrates preexisting technologies from multiple commercial sectors and integrates them together into a single leading-edge solution to deliver collocated energy generation and control, facility management and quantum level secured operations to remove and prevent the systemic failures such as those realized during the 2016 cyberattack against the Democratic National Committee’s grid power supply, as well as the vast system-wide failures caused by the 2021 Texas ERCOT grid power crisis and Colonial Pipeline infrastructure attack.
CH Global’s mission is to robustly bring our Cleanewable-Hybrid™ systems and platforms to industry and deliver the most powerful and sustainable future of development to our clients, now.
PREFERRED FUNDING SOLUTION:
As a means to retain control over its proprietary and patent protected systems, CHG’s preferred funding solution is as follows:
Seed Round ($2MM) - Private investment, supporting land acquisition and CHG’s administrative needs during the Pre-Development phase activities.
Joint-Development ($6MM) - Private investment, supporting up to 50% of the design, development and pre-construction phase expenses, with our Co-Development Partners at Bechtel supporting the remaining 50%.
Construction (Contractually provided and led by Bechtel Corporation, et al) - Equity and debt construction finance, sourced and led by Bechtel, funding the Build-Transfer Phase of Facility construction, with the completed and commissioned Facility being sold to CHG’s committed Buyer.
Operations (Contractually provided and led by CHG/Cincinnati Bell-CBTS Operations Group, et al) - The Buyer then leases back the Facility, long-term, to a precontracted CHG/CBTS Co-Operations entity.
Developing and engineering such a market making solution requires solid collaboration with like-minded professionals. CH Global is very proud to call these highly-recognized firms our Partners in the creation of the future in sustainable, high-efficiency collocated mission critical facilities:
