Central Florida Disc Golf, LLC

I am a disc golf retailer selling all supplies for the sport of disc golf. Thank you for taking the time to read through this. My goal is acquire funds to open a retail location for my disc golf business. It is retail, selling discs, backpacks, clothing, shows, accessories, anything disc golf related to the sport, community and culture. My retail location picked out is at the very front entrance to a championship course in Florida. This is a dream come true location, as it would be the "pro shop" for the course, much like a pro shop to a standard golf course. The location is on a 6 lain highway, at a traffic light, on a corner, and again, right at the entrance to the park and course. You have to drive by the location to enter or leave. It is a guaranteed winner, with people coming and going all day, as the location is also a city park. I forecast sales to be $10,000 a month after a couple months of ramping up and letting everyone know the location is open. The disc golf community here is anxiously waiting for my business to open a retail location. I have also partnered with the NADGT, national amateur disc golf tour, as a vendor and future tournament director for Florida. My forecast is based on my sales experience over 30 years, as well as other comp disc golf businesses not so much in my area but outside it. 

I know in my heart and soul that I will make this business work. I have been in sales for over 30 years. I am ready and more than willing to make my own dreams happen inside a genre and niche I absolutely love. Disc Golf is one of the fastest, if not THE fastest growing sport in the world with thousands of new members joining the PDGA every year. My PDGA# is 205233. And yes, there is a #1. 

The location does not need any build out or construction work. Just some paint, cosmetics to update and then I will make the store look incredibly amazing!! It is a 1200 sqft location. I would like to move fast on it so it does not get leased out from under me.
