CD Equities is developing The Beach Dallas / Nova — a ±124-acre mixed-use waterfront district in a Dallas Opportunity Zone, 15 minutes from downtown.

We're building the missing center of gravity for Dallas's fast-growing southern corridor (Oak Cliff): a walkable village organized around an 8-acre lagoon and public waterfront, with 3,500 rental homes, 1,300 condominiums, 175,000 SF of curated retail, three boutique hotels, 300,000 SF of office, and a 5,000-seat live venue — a complete daily-life ecosystem of grocery, dining, wellness, culture, and recreation serving the students, medical staff, families, and visitors the corridor already has but has nowhere to gather.

It's led by founding partners Christian Toxboe and Drew Jacobson, who have built ground-up luxury product across Beverly Hills, Brentwood, and Bel Air for nearly a decade, alongside an institutional team already engaged: Perkins Eastman (architecture), TBG Partners (master plan & landscape), Martin Aquatic (lagoon), Allen Boone Humphries Robinson (public law & entitlements), Westwood and Jacob/Hefner (civil), and Lineage Legacy Partners (Texas co-developer).
