We are a veteran owned environmentally focused vegetation management company based in the Solar Industry. We utilize sheep grazing in conjunction with traditional mowing to manage vegetation on solar farms. We currently have 4500 acres under 5-year contracts with commitment of 3000 acres more in 2027. We work closely with the communities around solar farms making the solar acreage available to local farmers. AES is our primary company because they are owner/operators and our operations demonstrate what additional potential these projects have to the local communities around new development efforts. This funding we be used to restructure debt and purchase additional equipment for 2027 growth. We are currently at $1,567,000.00 in annual contract revenue.
