Cook&Craft opened its first restaurant in February 2020, just three weeks before the pandemic shutdown, and quickly pivoted to To‑Go service to keep serving our community. By July 2020, we reopened at 50% capacity and made it through the year. In 2021, we operated at reduced capacity until mid‑summer, then returned to full indoor dining and closed the year profitably.
In 2022, after overcoming delays and building challenges, we proudly opened our second location in Phoenix at City North near the Desert Ridge outdoor shopping mall.
Our focus is on exceptional customer service, consistent quality, and a fresh, creative menu. We believe that great service can turn a guest into a loyal customer, and our reviews reflect that — with a solid 4.4 stars on Yelp thanks to our friendly staff and exceptional customer service focus, as well as our unique food & cocktail menu.
2025 is our 5th year anniversary, and we changed our menu to make it less labor-intensive and more customer-focused based on historic sales. Now, we have a menu that is easy for the BOH to learn and execute, and requires much less initial labor so we can focus on both our COGS & Labor expenditures.
We are poised for growth and are looking for an investor that has restaurant experience as an operator, and leader so that we can take Cook&Craft to the next level. We are in a position to franchise and grow the brand quickly both within Arizona and beyond!
