Raising $1MM to build out 3rd location of our American Modern Concept, Cook&Craft

We opened February 2020, 3 weeks before the pandemic shutdown, and had to quickly pivot to ToGo items only during that time.  We reopened 'officially' on July 1st in 2020, at 50% capacity, and made it through the rest of the year.  In 2021, we remained at 50% capacity through mid-summer, and then were able to run indoor dining at full capacity and turned a profit in 2021.  

2022 started out strong, and after many delays, and issues with the building, we were able to finally open our second location in Phoenix, at City North near the Desert Ridge outdoor shopping mall.

Because of staff shortages, construction delays, and supply chain issues, we are also working on our 3rd location that is on the heels of our second one just due to the nature of the current times, so we are looking for funding to build out this new location by year end.

Our restaurant focuses on customer service above everything else, but also works hard to be consistent with our food, and keep a fresh take on our menu and cocktails.  We know that in the hospitality industry, you can have a bad meal with great service and you will return, but a great meal with bad service will be the last time you visit, so we have cultivated this type of culture in our staff, and everyone works together to create a great experience.   It shows in our reviews as most people point out our staff members are extremely friendly, and the food is great too!  

We have a 4.5 solid stars on Yelp, and even maintained a solid 5 stars during the pandemic due to our ToGo orders, cocktails and service.

We have created a great following in a short amount of time, so we are eager to complete the newest location in Gilbert, AZ, and looking to AskForFunding investors to help us out!
