The founder, Pamela Cote, brings a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to health and wellness. Born and raised in New Hampshire, she moved to Ocala, FL in 2015, where she continues to make a significant impact in her community. Her journey began with a personal battle against anorexia at 18, which she overcame through a dedicated focus on healthy eating. This transformative experience ignited her passion for nutrition and holistic health, further fueled by her mother's struggles with high blood pressure and untimely passing from a heart attack at age 62, largely due to an unhealthy diet.
Professionally, Pamela has over 25 years of experience as a licensed massage therapist, yoga teacher, and health coach. She holds certifications in Thai Massage, Barefoot Massage, Integrative Yoga Therapy, and Precision Nutrition, highlighting her commitment to promoting overall well-being. In addition to her hands-on healing expertise, Pamela has a strong background in the health insurance industry, holding various roles, from Claims Processor and Coach to Instructional Designer and Documentation Analyst. Currently, she serves as a Business Change Advisor, applying her skills in Six Sigma (Green Belt) and Agile SAFe methodologies.
Kevin Howard, Pamela’s husband, also brings a wealth of business experience and strategic insight to the team. His extensive background includes owning a real estate brokerage, a title company, and holding a lender's license. Kevin’s experience as a business consultant and real estate coach demonstrates his ability to effectively guide and grow businesses. He also previously owned a horse farm where he trained and boarded horses, showcasing his versatility and commitment to excellence.
A retired Captain with the Palm Beach Fire Department, Kevin is highly skilled in systems and processes, holding a Six Sigma Black Belt. His strategic expertise is further complemented by his hands-on experience co-owning a gym with Pamela, where they combined their passion for health and fitness to create a thriving community.
Together, Pamela and Kevin bring a powerful synergy to their endeavors, blending personal triumph, professional skills, and comprehensive knowledge.
