I'm wanting to start a Cattle Ranch. Cattle ranching consist of grazing cattle on large tracts of land, the cattle give birth once a year, the cow will raise the calf for eight to ten months until the calf reaches the size and age to wean, once weaned the calf is sold to feed yards that finish feeding them out for beef, while some of the females will go to other cattle ranches to be used as replacement cows.

I'm needing funds to purchase property, cattle and equipment. I believe I can run  more cattle on fewer acres by improving the grasses, dividing the land into smaller pastures to rotate cattle and irrigate more often. Iam looking to buy large tracts of land    I'm looking for funds to cover the price of property, property improvements, equipment, and cattle. With rotating the cattle, improving grasses, and irrigating more often not only allows you to run more cattle but will also cut the price of having to grain and hay during short drought periods through the year.
The cattle will calve once per year, and once the calf has been weaned and reached 800 pounds, it will be sold either through auction barn or private buyers. The average price for 800 pound calf was $1036 this week in Texas and  steadily rising.

Improving the land will consist in clearing unwanted brush and rock, planting grass, cross fencing to allow for rotation, digging stock and holding tanks for irrigation, and drilling irrigation wells that are powered by solar panels to reduce cost on price of electricity, improving the land will only increase the value of the property substantially.
