We are looking to open a meat market and custom meat processing plant in Lampasas County. Our market will provide higher quality meats ( beef, pork and poultry) and processed meats (summer sausage, brats, lunch meats and hot dogs) to the public. We will also be offering a custom butcher plant for individuals to bring their animals to be processed to their specific requirements. We will also provide game processing (deer and wild hog). This will be a small 5 to 7 person operation with additional people during game season(October thru December).
