We are looking for funding to build new, energy efficient homes incorporating solar and geothermal technology, offering substantial savings if not all together elimination of both electricity and fossil fuel utility costs.
We have an opportunity to create non carbon producing eco-friendly developments repeatedly. As a current owner and user of some of these technologies, we will introduce families who have no prior experience with the technology or who are aware and are looking and willing to purchase a home with these features. We will bring to light the importance of having and using these cost-saving, non-polluting options for daily living and personal use.
We are in an ideal position. It is well known, over the past several years appliances, lighting and other household and personal items require less energy to operate. We want to spark interest in people who would have not chosen to invest in these beneficial practices and those who want a more efficient home.
We welcome the support of an angel investor or multiple angel investors to create these new energy efficient homes for families of today and our children’s families of tomorrow. Not only in our local community, but many other communities everywhere.
