Seeking $40,000 to purchase a 20 year old portable food business that has been on the same location at the largest flea market in Texas. Purchase price includes all equipment, signs, tents, tables and chairs for 150 people . Also includes closed cargo trailer, freezers, refrigerators, grills, roaster ovens and much more. It includes a total of 11 leased lots that have been used for the past 20 years. These leased lots belong to the current business owner and will be part of the new owners agreement with the flea market. Also seeking $10,000.00 as operating capital. For a total of $50,000.00.

Having a business of this type has been a longstanding passion of ours and we believe it is a divine appointment to share the gospel of Christ with others. The current owner was given the opportunity to acquire an indoor food location at the same flea market and wants this business to go to one appointed by God.  They have a different menu at their new location and they don't have time to keep both locations operating.  There is inherent value derived from the fact that this is an established business in a stable location with a proven sales stream for more than 20 years.  Detailed sales information will be made available upon request.

Years ago my husband had a vision that we had a restaurant and it had the tagline as follows,  "Good Food for the Body and Soul!" This food vendor arranged his grills so that he would interact with each individual who came to purchase one of his four foods. He has been quite successful in serving, Pork and Chicken Shish Kabobs along with Sausage-on-a-stick and Turkey Legs. This limited menu has allowed him to move volume.  The success to date with this food vendor gives God all the glory. God has blessed it and allowed him to share and witness what God has done for them.  As the new owners, our goal and vision is to keep doing what's already proven to work and to focus on whatever else God has in store for us. We are a family of hospitality at church and at home. Food is always better when my husband cooks it. He has been given the ability to create everything with a hint of love and this translates to flavors that are hard to beat. We may consider adding new menu items as demand warrants.  This business will supplement our current income from a full-time job with Tarrant County College.

We found this opportunity through a man we met who is also a vendor at this market and a friend of the current owners. He said he felt lead by the Spirit to take us to meet the owners to discuss the possible purchase.  The current owner has agreed to show us his methods and assist us in continuing the business that he has established. They are not just looking for any owner to take this over.  Instead, they want it to go to someone who will carry on what has already been established.  We believe we are that "someone" and need investors to come alongside us to make the most of this opportunity.   Our initial goal would be to pay off those who invest with us. This must be a win-win for all.
