We are opening a Cannabis Consumption Lounge/Microbusiness, consisting of several various streams of income producing establishment. We also have 2 Grow facilities we have solidified a contract on and seek funding for.
Our team is comprised of all Social Equity approved partners, with vast knowledge of the cannabis business, with over 29 years of pharmaceutical experience, as well as being one of a handful of licensed operators, with access to the METRC. We have a total of 75% Social Equity discount on licensing.
We have already obtained our pre-qualification with the State and have agreement from the city for the local license.
We expect that with our expansive relationships with growers from all over the country, our consumption lounge will provide a showcase for each grower, working hand in hand with our cannabis event planner.
We are building a consumption lounge that will be membership based and will also require an admittance fee, per patron
The facility will grow our own product for distribution via the onsite dispensary.
Our event planning will provide an opportunity to present branded growers and their product to the public as well as our club members, to expand grower presence in our business structure.
We will also be offering a "Social Equity" training for community members as well as a full "Seed to Sale" training for those seeking employment within our organization or through contractual relationships with other dispensaries.
Grow Facilities will be located on 4 acres, w/7 parcels. We have a newly completed Grow facility on 1 lot, with the intent to build additional Grow facilities to include 1 distribution center.
We are offering a 20% partnership to the investing group as well.
