This is an oil and gas service company that will be providing gas measurement, oil measurement, and automation sales/services to upstream/downstream oil and gas producers as well as midstream gathering companies. I personally have 18 years of experience and was a Sr. Foreman with a major oil and gas company for the past 10 years. Services range from basic testing and installation to more complex edge computing, facility automation, and programming assistance for end device functionality. Services will range from Oklahoma, Texas, Colorado, Montana, Wyoming, and New Mexico oil and gas basins. Invoicing will be reconciled daily with an industry grace period for payments rendered being set at 30 days from invoice date. Most invoicing is electronic for quicker payments within the industry utilizing OpenInvoice and this business will utilize the same. Funds will be used for all startup cost.
