My name is Manoj Ladha and I am CEO of Campaigntocash.com an Enterprise Marketing Software Solution company based out of Mississauga Ontario Canada.
Campaigntocash.com was established in 2015.

PRODUCT:

The product is an Enterprise Digital Marketing Solution. The product is built on Microsoft Cloud Azure with MS SQL Server as back end and Angular 12 as front end.
Broad product features are Email marketing, SMS Marketing, Social media marketing, Event Marketing, Marketing Automation, Lead scoring & grading, Paid advertisement, Collaboration, Analytics, Marketing Simulation and Paid Advertisement (Facebook Ads and Google Ads). 

COMPETITORS

The main competitors are HubSpot, Salesforce.com, Marketo. 
All these companies enjoy current valuation of 10 X plus basis (on Revenues).

TRACTION RECEIVED

The company has generated revenues since 2016 but faced tremendous challenges during & post COVID period till recovery from its aftermath. However, things have started to change in a positive way from mid 2022 as the market is moving northwards.
Currently the company has entered into a ‘written & Signed contract' with a USA based company for implementing its C2C Solution  up to to 3100 Grocery Stores across North America. 
We expect a minimum revenue of USD 125 per month per store, thus reaching to a revenue of approximately USD 4 million in 27 months (contract duration) .This contract is on auto renewed basis after its expiry date. 
The revenue for each store is expected to reach upto USD 1000 per month per store gradually taking its total revenues to @ USD 32 Million per year.
 

The company is currently fine tuning 'Contract Terms' with a Canadian Based Pharmacy Software Solution Company (PSSC) for implementing its C2C solution to promote their ecommerce platform which is a marketplace for Medical, health and wellness pharmacy products. This will further create opportunities for  C2C to engage its solution for digital marketing  for customers of PSSC. Contract Details will be finalized shortly as being worked out.

C2C  expects to repeat similar business from other similar companies from  the international market.

The browny point of the whole business model is revenue generation through transactions. Upside is unlimited and downside is cushioned by 125 usd per store per month minimum.

Company structure:
The parent Canadian entity has two subsidiaries. One in USA and one in India.

The Indian setup will manage India, Southeast Asia, Middle East and African Continent operations in addition to working as offshore development centers. Indian Entity will be prepped up for IPO and hence it will operate as profit center with the Global delivery center plus India sales.

We need the funding by December 2022 as the project will kick off in Jan 2023
