California Vintage will be a self service, self contained wine kiosk concept offering a limited Tappas menu. There will be approximately 65 unique array of wines offer by the taste, pour or by the bottle from many different regions. The brick and mortar footprint will be small in scale seating no more that 45 guest. The company has selected various areas of Los Angeles and Orange County as heavy foot traffic locations and high household incomes that would appreciate this type of venue. Guest will be able purchase a reloadable smart card to add money to purchase wines of their choice. California Vintage is looking to launch 6 locations in the next five years.
