Mission Statement Angels of the streets is a Forever Home based Sanctuary and our mission is to give our senior dogs a second chance at life. We provide a loving home, good food, high quality vet care, compassion, and comfort to senior dogs for the remainder of their lives. Therefore since our actual building is old and has rotten wood, we would like to start working on building a new facility which would be like a home-like setting. The size of the building will have to be 100x50ft.
I'm writing to you on behalf of the 501c3 Nonprofit Organization, Angels of the Streets, an animal rescue and sanctuary for senior and unwanted dogs. Angels of the streets is a Forever Home based Sanctuary and our mission is to give our senior dogs a second chance at life. We provide a loving home, good food, high quality vet care, compassion, and comfort to senior dogs for the remainder of their lives.
Unfortunately, we often must deal with medical emergencies as a result of negligence on the part of many owners of these animals. This problem continues to grow daily and we are at a crossroads in our organization. We have 2 acres of property to make this a senior sanctuary, but unfortunately, the place has a very old, rotten building that is not a place to keep these seniors safe. Therefore, we are searching for funding to build a large facility to house 68+ senior dogs, that would otherwise end up in a high-kill shelter.
Our goal in requesting support from you to start building this new facility to house these beautiful angels. The land needs to be fenced, and we prefer a home-like setting as opposed to outdoor cages. We would like to start on this project immediately, as the need is great. We anticipate that we will add more amenities as funds become available.
Please contact us with any questions. Hope to have your participation Angels of the Street is a non-profit 501©3 organization founded by Lillian Sagastume. In advanced, please accept our gratitude for your time and support.
