Ten years ago, Keith and Patrycia Miller recognized a gap in the market. They wanted an upscale, self-service dog grooming spot, but the only options available were either their own bathtubs or old, outdated salons. With a vision to create an elevated self-service dog wash, they took a bold step and opened the first Bubbly Paws location just outside of Minneapolis. Now, after a decade of fast-paced growth and four stores, we are thrilled to announce that the Bubbly Paws brand has officially become a franchise, with 20 new stores in development. Currently, we have 11 open locations in the USA, and we see tremendous growth potential ahead. As we expand our national footprint, we aim to strengthen our back-office and support systems.

- Self Wash: We've revolutionized the self-service dog wash experience, providing everything customers need to make their furry friends look and feel their best. In September 2021, we introduced the "Scrub Club," a monthly membership-based program that offers unlimited self-service baths. This program was an instant hit, not only enhancing our customers' experience but also significantly boosting our revenue model.
- Full Service Grooming: Our team goes the extra mile to ensure that every dog looks and feels great. We have designed our stores to be low-stress settings, where pups can truly enjoy the grooming experience. Our expert groomers are trained to communicate what is best for each dog and to set accurate expectations with owners. At pick-up, customers receive a "report card" that documents their dog's grooming experience.
