We have an investment proposition that you or someone you know may be interested in.
This is not RE, trading stocks, crypto or a company startup.
This is not a scam.  We are looking for a short-term loan of $160,000 for 30 days.
The funds are needed to release from storage and pay duty charges on assets that my friend has inherited from her father.
We have already mortgaged our home and pledged all the savings and credit that we could get but are here because we need $160k more,
The assets are currently in a storage vault overseas and have been held there for 30yrs..
A large invoice for the storage and duty charges is required to be paid before the assets can be released.
We have already visited the storage vault in person and verified the assets held there.  They were valued at approximately  $5 million 30yrs ago.
We are making arrangements with Brinks and FedEx for the transport, shipping and storage of the assets once they arrive in New York.
We have also made arrangements with a broker in New York to inspect, value and purchase most the assets once they are released.
To eliminate any risk to your funds, once they are wired to our account, they will not be used to pay the fees until all assets and details are verified by us there in person.
If successful in releasing the assets she is offering to pay you $500k for your $160k investment for the commitment to make your funds available if needed for 3-4 weeks.
If for any reason we are unable to verify the assets or sale of them, your funds will not be risked and will be returned to you but we also agree to pay you 30days interest at 10% apr for your commitment to have the funds available during the period.
A contract laying out all these details and commitments will be drawn up to legally safeguard your investment.
If you have an interest and would like to hear more details or possibly meet just send an email message thru this site.
Thank You, Mark
