Brooklyn Steel Supply is a steel company that not only supplies steel but specializes in installations and fabrications as well. We are located in Brooklyn, New York, and we service all 5 boroughs across New York and even parts of New Jersey. We have a workforce of 15+ hardworking employees, been in business for over 50 years and now under new management we are looking to expand and grow our business to help rebuild the city. We provide steel I beams, columns, tubing, pipes, angles, plates, etc. We also fabricate steps, and railings, even fire escapes where needed. We source our steel locally and globally and provide competitive prices to compete with this industry. We also do a lot of custom work. Our ironworkers are very skilled individuals and can create almost any project and complete any task that gets thrown their way. A few job locations that we have done work on, and one most notably is 55 Water St, Brooklyn, NY. where we installed and reinforced the steel throughout the building and refurbished the window shutters on the outside of the building. A very iconic spot in Brooklyn. Another project is 10 South St, New York, NY. where we reinforced the steel throughout the building at the south ferry station. We supplied steel I beams, columns and angles for the new Amazon building that is currently being built as well. We worked on numerous Targets, 5 Belows, & multiple grocery stores, installing and reinforcing the steel in those building and creating elevator shafts, providing steps, railings, etc across the city. We are currently working on a big project located off 5th Avenue. We carry all the required insurances in order to fabricate, install, and supply our steel. All of our workers are in compliance with all OSHA requirements and other legal licenses that are required to perform our work. We work with other highly recommended companies across New York as well as subcontract from them for projects when needed. It's our goal to help rebuild the city in the most efficient way we can. We are currently looking to raise up to 1 million in funds, anything would be greatly appreciated, although we know that is a large amount, funds will be used for the following.. Working capital, securing project contracts, fully restocking our steel supply in order to have a more competitive advantage and provide more options to our consumers, buying property/land to lease, rent, and/or sell, as well as purchasing the right trucks/equipment in order to properly service all of our business needs. Currently we operate with two trucks, one containing a crane that extends up to 20' the other is mainly used for deliveries and pickups. We have a 2000 square foot warehouse where we stock all the steel and where our main office is located.
