I have successfully acquired two properties in the (Downtown) Kingsport, TN area. These are both a stone's their away from Eastman Chemical and Domtar.
Currently, one has a restaurant on the first level but the upper level needs funding to be built out into two units- loft or bnb-type.
The other unit is an open warehouse with two stories that needs to be built out into mixed commercial space. The footprint is 79' x 23' and is prone for an office unit along with three lofts. This could be two lofts depending on the two-story configuration.
The immediate need is to install a new roof on the warehouse to keep this dry for future build out.
