We have designed and engineered the world’s first zero emission, self-charging engined for commercial motor vehicles.
With our initial seed money, we have a patent pending with 25 distinct claims.
This month a leading manufacturer in the engine space to both Ford and the Military has agreed to build the engine and verified its workability.
Once funding is completed, manufacturing will start immediately and will be completed in the 2nd quarter of 2025.
The SEC has approved our Regulation D filing.
Over the past four months, we have successfully designed an electric steam engine that does not require external charging and within the next several weeks we will be at the point where we can build the first prototype. Currently we are wrapping up the design and programming of a controller for the valves and battery switching and completing the bill of materials which is substantially complete.
Once the prototype is built and tested, we will then install the engine in a tractor-trailer for live world testing. We envision that we can have a successful deployment of a tractor trailer with an electric steam engine in less than one year.
Our current plan which is on track is to:
- Build the prototype engine and test it
- Install the engine ins a semi-truck.
- Use the semi-truck on the road first without loads and then with loads
- Invite the executives of the leading semi-truck manufacturers to see our Electric Steam Engine powered semi-truck.
- Publicly announce the development of our Electric Steam Engine powered semi-truck.
- Either build a manufacturing facility for the steam engines and obtain contracts from the truck manufacturers or license the manufacturing to an existing manufacturing operation that can handle it.
- Phase 2 is to build out a network of vendors who can install our engines in existing tractor trailers.
- Phase 3 is the development of an electric steam generator that would not require fossil fuels.
We are currently looking for $3 million and are proposing a 20% equity stake in the company and we actually believe with this amount of funding we can deploy this and then grow from there.
The beauty of this concept is that we have designed and patented a way to use 200-year-old steam technology which is proven, reliable, and very effective at moving heavy pieces of equipment with modern induction technology and battery technology to create a truly zero carbon, non-plug-in engine.
Our underlying philosophy is to leverage the existing infrastructure as much as possible, and work within the system to achieve the greatest buy in.
