Bring Your Love Festival has grown to be the largest and longest lasting electronic music festival in Manitoba. Our attendees often refer to us as the mini-Shambhala of the Prairies which is a testament to the quality and growth our company has established, since Shambhala is the largest electronic festival in Canada bringing over 17,000 to their event annually.
We are reaching out to explore the opportunity for an angel investor to allow us to expand and elevate our impact as we continue to build on the success of Bring Your Love Festival.
Bring Your Love was founded in 2018 on the Ledwich Family Farm by Chris Heinrichs, Torrence Ledwich, Chris Ledwich, and Joel Waldie. Initially, we started with just 70 attendees, and have quickly grown to host over 1,000 attendees annually. This organic growth, averaging a 15-20% increase each year, has been driven primarily by word-of-mouth and the support of the passionate community around us, all with minimal budget towards marketing and promotional efforts.
Our festival has become an essential experience in the Manitoba music scene, but we've remained a small, tightly-knit team of dedicated individuals. As a result, we often wear many hats, and while this has been effective to a degree, we’ve reached a point where proper funding could allow us to streamline operations and better support our team. By securing investment, we would be able to hire key personnel on annual contracts, allowing the director team to focus on scaling the festival's reach and impact.
One of the main goals we have for the festival’s future is to develop the venue to enhance the experience and allow for growth. With additional funding, we would be able to improve the infrastructure of the festival grounds—building proper campsites, roads, and internet access, which would drastically improve the overall experience.
Additionally, we have a vision for a new area on the venue, which we call BYL 2.0, located within the natural forest. This expansion would allow us to bring more people together in a beautiful, natural setting and increase the capacity and scope of the festival.
With the right investor allowing us to raise $500,000 not only would we be able to enhance the festival grounds, team and marketing, it would give us the opportunity to hire top tier Headliners which in turn would increase interest and ticket sales for the event.
We believe that with the right financial backing, Bring Your Love Festival has the potential to become a cornerstone of Manitoba, and Canada's music and arts scene. The opportunity for growth is immense, and with your support, we would not only improve the experience for attendees but also solidify the long-term sustainability of the festival.
