Bridging Legacies Across Campuses (BLAC) seeks to establish, rekindle and reunite Students of Color (SOC) who have graduated from predominantly white institutions (PWIs), high schools, colleges, and universities (collectively, the SOC Alumni) in a way that is understanding, empathic and inclusive.
BLAC seeks to build a network of SOC and Black, Indigenous, and people of color (BIPOC) to create a synergy of belonging and understanding.
The need for funding:
- Create a platform of communication for BIPOC graduates
- Create DEI workshops and classes
- Create networking events
- Expand the current team of DEI consultants and employees
