BrewBill is a POS for the modern brewery. We strive to be the best POS experience for brewery staff and brewery customers alike, while providing avenues to reduce POS costs. We work directly with our brewery partners to create modern solutions that fit their needs. We focus on ease of use and analytics to provide breweries with the data they need to increase profits and make their customer's experience the best it can be.
The initial opportunity is roughly 9,900 breweries in the US. They all have common traits: Counter ordering, long lines, tabs are closed out at the counter, minimal menus, and a lot of transactions. BrewBill is built to help solve all of those issues. Our model includes monetizing transactions, convenience fees, and monthly Membership Subscriptions. We used Q4 2023 and 2024 proving our product in the marketplace with 15 clients. We are seeking funding to help us build our own payment processing platform, and supercharge the following initiatives to reach our goal of 100 clients by the end of 2025, and 400 clients by the end of 2026:
Hire talented developers to expand on our innovative platform with focus on developing our own payment processing, mentioned above, which will triple BrewBill’s income- Build or outsource a customer support team
- Expand our sales team and further penetrate the vast brewery market
- Streamline the onboarding process to bring merchants online faster
- Funding will also support marketing, such as attending tradeshows, brewer guild memberships, etc.
What's next? Many industries can benefit from BrewBill. While we are focused on the brewery market as we build our client base, we are confident we can grow into: Coffee Shops, Wineries, Bars, Theaters, Restaurants, Night Clubs, Distilleries, Golf Courses, Food Trucks, Arenas, Hospitals, Airports, Stadiums, and more.
Below are the Features & Benefits of BrewBill’s POS system:
- Tab Claiming - Order from the counter, pay from the phone.
- After adding a card on file to open a tab, the customer is presented with a tab claiming page. Optionally the brewery can automatically print a receipt with a QR code on it. If a customer has claimed a tab previously, the phone number and email are stored against the card and that customer can simply have the claim texted to them.
- When the customer is ready, they select the tip and close the tab.
- The heart of any brewery is the face to face time with their customers when they order. But when it's time to pay, they can close out from their phone and be on their way without having to wait in line just to click a button. This frees up valuable space for customers that are putting in new orders and keeps your taps flowing, allowing them to sell more beer.
- The fee to the customer is typically 40¢ or 2%, depending on the brewery.
- BrewBill incentivizes our partners to participate in the program by splitting the convenience fees with the brewery. This effectively means that the brewery nets approximately 20¢ per claimed tab transaction.
- The customer is sent a reminder text after 40 minutes of tab inactivity. This text serves as a reminder to close out the tab, but also as a way to motivate additional sales. If they do not close out by end of night the tab is automatically closed with a 20% gratuity.
- Membership Programs
- Membership programs are a great source of recurring revenue for your brewery. They also cater to your most important customers: the regulars. BrewBill understands that not everyone wants to create the same membership experience. We offer customizable membership programs that give you the flexibility to define anything from a mug club to a token based payment program.
- Rule Based Comps mean Member comps can be defined with time based rules. First pint of the week is free? We can do that. Two free growlers a month? No problem. Free merch with a membership purchase? We've got it. Comps are automatically applied when an item is added to the order. Brewery staff never has to remember or track anything behind the scenes. A lot of this is currently tracked, very inefficiently, in notebooks or in a Google doc.
- Members can optionally store their credit cards on file. Breweries can start and pay tabs without the member presenting a card.
- Analytics. Sure that hazy IPA is a best seller, but the peanut butter porter is what keeps bringing the regulars back. Our clients can use our dynamic dashboards and reports to track trends in member behaviors to identify what moves the needle for your most important customers.
- Tabs started for members include the 3 most common items that they order in a quick menu for easy access.
- Keg Inventory
- BrewBill tracks every drop of beer sold or canned from the kegs. Brewery staff will be in the know when a keg is about to kick. No equipment necessary.
- Analytics. Breweries can track a kegs' performance to ensure that they are getting the most out of their products.
- Tracking keg inventory is not useful if it slows down business. Our quick replace feature makes this seamless for staff.
- Events
- Rule Based Comps. Event comps can be defined to automatically apply on tabs while the event is active. No additional clicks necessary for brewery staff.
- Analytics. Happy hour. Trivia. Bingo. Run Club. Yoga. When it comes to events there are so many options. BrewBill collects reportable data from the events to help decipher what draws the most attention to the brewery.
- Charitable Donation Programs
- Breweries came to us with an idea to help them support their communities.
- Breweries can be a cornerstone of the community. We help make it easy for them to support non-profits in their area with round up charity programs. BrewBill can customize the workflow to request round up or pre-defined amounts as well as custom donations.
- Analytics. When is the most effective time to use donation programs? We make it easy to analyze the data to determine what works best in their community.
