With the DMV boasting over 350 breweries, it is no question craft beer drinkers love their local selection, but I think most would agree that the scene is missing convenience! Why should we be limited to either making a 30-45 min drive to our favorite brewery, or making the quick run to your neighborhood store only to find a mediocre selection of local craft beer? Introducing, the world’s first locally-focused craft beer & wine on-demand delivery app, starting in the DC Metropolitan area! Not only are we offering a wide variety of craft beer and wine produced right here in the DMV, we will also give consumers the option of local wines, and FMBs (flavored malt beverages).

To keep customers satisfied we are taking on distribution operations ourselves ensuring that our business will be operating at the highest level to keep our customers satisfied with the quick and speedy delivery of our product. Not only do we have a huge customer focus, we also are here to provide a platform to give local, independent breweries and wineries the push they need and deserve. To further keep consumers engaged, we will actively keep up with our social media page orchestrated by local influencer and partner, @DCfoodporn, creating never before seen content for the local beer scene, as well as promotional video content for breweries, beer/wine collaborations, seasonal beer festivals, brewery/winery tours, podcasts, award ceremonies, etc.

Market Research
-There is so much value being missed considering how often younger generations use online shopping channels. It has been estimated that alcohol brands are missing out on billions of dollars each year in alcohol e-commerce even though it was reported by IWSR that the U.S e-commerce sales of alcohol topped more than 2.6 billion dollars last year.
- Now with COVID-19 spreading across the globe there has been an exponential increase in demand for alcohol delivery. Online alcohol marketplaces like Drizly have had 1000% growth with 500% baseline growth for new users. Many brands including Drizly (the leader in on demand alcohol delivery) are struggling to have overall good organization, content, and distribution operations. Considering the general direction that this virus is taking us, the longer that it is present, the higher the increase in demand for online alcohol will be.
-Nielsen found that 66 percent of craft drinkers said they only buy beer sold in their region, while 57 percent said they only buy beer sold in their town or city. The numbers were higher for weekly craft drinkers, with 71 percent saying they only buy regional and 62 percent saying they buy local.

Which goes on to my next point which is competitors. Which there really are no companies like us. No one specializes in LOCAL craft beer. Drizly has a local “tab” with only a mediocre amount of 8 local beers that were popular 10 years ago. Craft shack boasts over 250 beers, but none from the state of Maryland! People want to support local businesses now, NOT big beer.
We are one of the hottest beer concepts brewing in the whole DMV! We were named the Best Beer Bar in Maryland by the Brewers Association of America (CraftBeer.com). We’ve also been highlighted by The Washington Post, and The Washingtonian, respectively. But we aren’t quite satisfied just yet! This isn’t our first rodeo either. Hospitality runs in the veins!
