General contractor and Land developer. Residential and light commercial. I am looking at a development of 40 townhome units to accommodate the growing need in the city limits. We will be keeping everything in house pertaining to purchase, land development, buildout and the sales of the units. We are currently in the process of developing out future phases on the higher end homes that has 200 lots. We took over the property 2 years ago and sold out the first phase in a year and a half. I have all the projections and financials required if I find a good match.
