I am looking for $250,000 to fund a 120 day start up plan using a 4,800 sq ft two story Lake Home that I build originally built. It would cost $130 per sq ft to replace the bulding to its current finish - $130 X 4,800 sq = $624,000. This building has never been appraised. The Buyer paid me in a cash deal, He used it every weekend for 7 years and he died. I bought it from his family for cash in 2011.
The collateral is the building and I am wanting $250,000 against the replacement value of $624,000 for a 40% LTRV loan at 12% interst only for one or two years.
