Startup Cafe making and serving Gelato, Coffee, Pastries, Sandwiches, and lite French Fare. Opening 7/1/23, we have $115,000 in sales at the Cafe' and $7,500 in wholesale. Boro Cafe' is the only walkable option for Coffee, Tea, and Sweets for 450 new apartments within 30 Seconds- Walking distance. We have a staffing range of 10 to 15 employees varying seasonally and plan to target Wholesale opportunities with the acquisition of a new oven, and Increased Labor. Now that we have created a footprint for Retail within the community, the next phase to grow Bakery/Pastry wholesale to complement the Gelato and Pro-Biotic Shake Line-up.
