Book - Based of a true story of facing a person with mental illness and addiction

The project is a book based on a true story called “Wrinkles in My Brain.” It is a story about humanity and the impacts of mental illness and addiction. I have a great deal of passion for seeing this project to completion. I am a single mom that wants to bring awareness to the rising statistics of mental illness and addiction and the many shapes it takes. People conclude that the primary source of revenue is through publishing and book sales, including hardcopy and audiobooks. However, my research claims a substantial return comes from selling movie rights. Therefore, I have structured an investment plan based on selling movie rights. I have also learned that there is unlimited room for growth once the first step is completed, including podcasts with a $1 billion market. To complete this project within the required timeline, I am seeking a total sum of $75,000.00. With my hat in my hand, I am asking for an investment of $75,000.00 for 10% of the movie rights sale price. The investment return structure is outlined below: • Projected base market value for movie rights sale price, $2 million • Return of investment in full ($75,000.00) upon the first installment of sale. An estimated timeframe of 6 months. • The investment return percentage (10%) is paid according to the sale agreement payment plan. An estimated timeframe would begin after the first installment and span over one year, accordingly to the sale agreement. Return Guaranteed Contingency Plan In the event I would not be able to complete the book, an insurance policy would be placed in your name as owner, where if anything happened to me, that would not allow the completion of the book. Example: Injury or death. A guarantee of return is in place for full return ($75,000) plus promised 10% ($200,000). At this time, I am only seeking the funds to allow me to complete the book, and then we can talk about the growth that comes following the sale of movie rights.
