Bomb City Bike Park is a planned outdoor recreation and mountain biking destination being developed for the Conroe, Willis, North Houston, and Montgomery County market. The company is focused on creating a professionally designed, year-round mountain bike skills park that makes trail riding more accessible, structured, social, and family friendly.
The concept is built around a simple brand promise: Ride. Recharge. Repeat. Riders can bring their own bikes or use onsite rental options, enjoy purpose-built trails for multiple skill levels, and return for memberships, events, youth programming, clinics, food and beverage, merchandise, digital media, and community-based experiences.
Bomb City is designed to serve a wide customer base, including beginner riders, families, youth MTB programs, experienced mountain bikers, school groups, corporate teams, birthday parties, local businesses, and outdoor adventure seekers. The goal is to create a controlled and maintained environment where riders can build skills, progress safely, and enjoy mountain biking without having to travel long distances to find quality riding terrain.
The business model combines multiple revenue channels, including day passes, memberships, bike and E-bike rentals, lessons, camps, private events, corporate outings, merchandise, food and beverage, sponsorship activations, digital media, and premium event experiences such as Neon Nights. This diversified model is intended to support repeat visitation while creating a unique outdoor entertainment experience that goes beyond a traditional trail system.
A key differentiator for Bomb City is its focus on combining physical recreation with technology and hospitality. Planned features include rider check-in, digital waivers, membership tracking, action photography, digital media delivery, rider progression, leaderboards, and the Big Bomb Board, a live media and recognition feature designed to showcase rider moments, event highlights, sponsor content, and community engagement.
