My current business is called BodyPoint. We are a functional and aesthetic medical practice. We have been in business now for almost 3 years. We are currently profitable and are on track to bring in over 1.3 million this year. 

I have an opportunity to take over as sole owner and operator from the current ownership and I am looking for capital to purchase equipment and supplies with some working capital. 

I have been the sole physician in this clinic for the past 3 years. With help from my current partner who operates urgent cares in this state. About 3 months ago he mentioned that he wanted to downsize his operations and has offered up this clinic for me to take over so that he can spend more time with aging parents overseas. 

This opportunity has instant profit and a successful practice that is continuing to grow. I however, just dont have that much capital and need some help. 

I have secured and we are under build out of a new location that will be nicer and save over 8k a month in rent.  I am looking to purchase more equipment and have working capital. I am happy to discuss in greater detail about my operation. Currently our monthly expenses are about 70 k with monthly revenue year to date averaging 110k.
