Body Shape & Beauty is bringing a proven European wellness studio concept to the U.S., starting with our first corporate studio in Idaho’s Treasure Valley. We provide body shaping, toning, lymphatic recovery, and non-invasive wellness services for people seeking visible results, recovery support, and a premium studio experience without surgery or traditional gym-based fitness. The business is built around recurring memberships, premium upgrades, add-on wellness services, and future retail opportunities.
The concept has already been validated in the Netherlands over nine years of operations, with thousands of members served, two profitable studios operating today, a third location in preparation, and a franchise rollout already underway. This gives us a tested treatment protocol, member experience, and operating model before entering the U.S. market.
This raise will fund the launch of our first Idaho studio, including buildout, equipment, lease deposits, licensing, staffing, training, local marketing, opening operations, and working capital. Our goal is to prove the U.S. studio model and create the foundation for a staged multi-studio rollout.
