Boutique fitness studio focusing on Lagree teachings opening in Scottsdale, Arizona. Using the owners years of fitness teaching to create a body positive studio to transform lives through Lagree.

Identity: Body Religion is a Lagree focused fitness studio that brings body positivity and killer workouts together to serve the Greater Phoenix Area.
Problem: People aren’t going to fitness classes because they are an unwelcoming environment for beginners, the classes are harsh on their body, or they don’t see results fast enough and they lose momentum.
Our solution: Lagree fitness is high intensity, low impact, which makes it ideal for all fitness levels, and is easy on joints so even those with the worst injuries can do these workouts and feel the burn safely. Boutique fitness classes account for 55% of fitness participants in the United States, accounting for 42% of health club revenue.
Target market: The target audience is adults, specifically 18-30 year old women in the phoenix metro area.
The competition: Other big name competitors in the market are Body Lab, Body Politik, and Burn Total Body.
Revenue streams: Body Religion will have 41 classes a week, with a maximum capacity of 10 participants per class at a $30 per class rate.
Marketing activities: Body Religion will be on all social media channels, as well as utilizing email marketing, community events, and paid Facebook and Instagram ads.
Expenses: Lagree licensing, Building rental, Machine inventory
Team and key roles: Currently, the only team member is the owner, Wren Knue. As profits increase, Body Republic will look to add an employee to assist with social media and teaching more classes.
Milestones: As business grows, Body Religion will add on a second trainer to increase class availability and capacity, as well as offering branded merchandise for sale in the studio.
