Our noodle house focus on 2 ways of serving the noodles, we will use 3 types of noodles, egg noodles, rice flat noodles and ramen.
Customer can choose the style of their noodles.
dry noodle: pick your favorite noodle then mix with house sauce ( we have Vegetarian sauce also)
Ramen: serve with Tonkatsu broth ( we also have Vegetarian ramen that serve fried tofu and miso broth)
Our menu are simple to read and understand.
- First you circle the style and noodles you want. which is sauce or broth
- Circle the meat that you like. We serve pork belly, chashu pork neck, minced pork , and beef stew.
- Pick the vegetables that you like with the noodles
- Spicy level
- Extra or drinks
Our noodle house are fast pace business Module, it only takes 5 mins to complete an order, best attract customers that are in a hurry, they can order to go or dine in, and we can also do online orders.

Each customer will have an order sheet that only takes about 1 min to fill, once they are ready our server will insert the order for the chef to make, and once their done eatting customer can just go up to the counter and paid, simple and no wait time.
Business time open from Monday - Saturday 11am-2pm 5pm-9pm
Skewer only serve during night time, most customer gets off work loves to get a drink with their friends or coworkers better than staying in traffic.
We will set a maximum of dine in time for 90mins at night time only, and unlimited dine in time during game day.
