Raising 300k for a newly established waterfront restaurant

A 100 seat waterfront restaurant serving ‘farm to table’ pacific rim and continental cuisine, local wines and craft brews. 

Emerging from a challenging start during the pandemic lockdowns in winter 2021, the restaurant had a very successful summer 2022, with a newly hired star head chef. 

We are one of the only waterfront restaurants in the area. The picturesque views from our dining room and patio are a strong draw for our customers who often come to celebrate special occasions or to enjoy a meal with friends and family. 

Our front and back of house teams are lead by seasoned industry professionals. We have a well established supply chain with local farms, butchers and larger suppliers. 

Sustainability is of central importance to our food philosophy and we have partnered with other local small businesses with shared values to offer seasonal produce, meats, seafood, wines, beers, spirits and  locally roasted coffee.

We are seeking funding from an investor who can help us firmly establish the business.  

The business start up has thus far been funded by the personal investment of the majority shareholder.
