We are a locally owned and operated business founded by women, a mother-daughter duo making changes in their community with a first-of-its-kind business model.
BluVillage Respitality is the premier post-op facility located in the heart of Phoenix, providing guests a space for healing after surgery in a tranquil, luxurious environment. Our dedicated team offers customized attention and compassionate, comprehensive post-op and social work-related care. BluVillage not only provides social services to assist in facilitating outside resources and ongoing education, but we also offer an environment that is ideal for recovery. We use aromatherapy, soft lighting, guided meditations, and private suites with private bathrooms/showers, including our personal labeled shampoo, conditioner, and lotion from our very own Josephine Rose Collection. We have a certified caregiver on-site 24/7 to ensure personalized attention, an RN on-call to provide intervention when necessary, and a Social Worker to help facilitate communication between our guests, their families, their surgeon, and any additional providers involved in a successful recovery. In addition, because the promotion of wellness is our top priority, we work alongside a local chef who prepares and delivers fresh, healthy meals daily. We also offer several concierge services, including transportation, massage therapy, IV therapy, salon services, and injectables.
With the proper funding, we plan to immediately expand our one-of-a-kind business model into a new space close to the top surgical centers/MDs in AZ to accommodate our target clientele. In addition, we anticipate offering rentable space at market price to those who fall into our concierge service category as an additional revenue stream.
Before we started using marketing analysis of the industry, we determined this is a much-needed service that hospitals, surgeons, and individuals want a choice of where to stay for recovery.

Kelly’s broad background, coupled with her deep industry knowledge, led her to identify a significant gap in the healthcare system.
Laura Larkin is an entrepreneur and philanthropist with a vision for assisting individuals at each of life’s spectrums, emphasizing well-being and health, especially nutrition. As Co-Founder of BluVillage’s Rapid Respite Program, Laura offers extensive experience working with seniors, including veterans. In addition, Laura founded LilyToday, a senior housing referral company she ran for more than ten years. Recognizing that low-income seniors are frequently homeless or at risk of losing their homes, Laura continues to provide pro-bono assistance to those in need. She has become the voice and champion of these seniors who don’t have families to support them and finds each a place to call home.
