BPCF specializes in small balance ($200k-$2M) which remain on our balance sheet. Since we are not selling the loans to a 3rd party, we completely control our underwriting parameters and are in full control of loan servicing which we do in-house. We can also expedite our process when required, closing a loan within 10 business days.
We believe our niche of small balance loans, full control over underwriting and servicing loans, and our ability to respond to borrowers' needs quickly makes us a compelling investment opportunity. Additional, since all loans are secured by first lien position on commercial real estate, we are the most senior/secured layer of the capital stack.
To date, we have raised over $24M in LP equity and our AUM is over $36M with a loan portfolio of 46 loans on the East Coast of the USA.
We can only accept investments from US based investment firms or accredited high net worth individuals (registered under SEC reg D.). Our minimum initial investment amount is $100k and our onboarding process is effortless.
