We are a new cruise ship 100% focused on sports, health and wellness.
Of a total $30M raise, we currently have $20M committed. We have raised 1.5M in seed, have $10M committed from industry sources, and $10M in vessel financing at a very low 15% LTV ratio.
Our business model includes 40 one and two bedroom (single-owner) residences, plus 225 5-star passenger cabins. For our initial 40 Residences, we currently have 450+ interested buyers, with several deposits in escrow and 25 additional clients 'ready to buy' once we announce our ship. These sales will net $110M in pre-launch capital taking us directly to a mid-cap company within 12 months. Our 225 passenger cabins will generate $72M annually at a conservative 80% rate of occupancy. Our strategic partners will be our primary source of passenger acquisition, these partners have direct access to 30M active US adults, we plan to match this number with additional partners in Europe.
We have an $85M refit scheduled to convert our ship to a special purpose vessel based on our unique product. This refit will be paid in full from Residence sale proceeds. Our company will start with over $30M in operating capital. Our business model (Residences & Passenger Suites) provides growth capital for additional ships, thus protecting early stage investors from dilution.
To raise our final $10M we have decided to build 4 additional Residences and offer these to investors. These can be used on a personal or family basis, offered to business associates, or for charitable purposes. This, in addition to equity in our company, provides a unique investment opportunity regardless of your firms traditional industry segments.
All of our executives are health-minded professionals with 5-star US cruise, spa, and hospitality experience. Of our two Founders, one has 30+ years as owner/operator of successful health clubs, spas and multi-sport facilities, our other Founder was CEO of the first Residential cruise ship, as well as CEO of several multi-million dollar International companies.
