We purchase underperforming B class Multi-family assets in emerging markets. We reposition those assets so we can pay our investors excellent returns. We currently have two assets under contract, due to close first quarter of 2024. We target landlord friendly markets in the Cleveland and Columbus Ohio MSAs. We are looking for partners who share our vision and can raise or provide capital in exchange for equity ownership.
