We are a Law enforcement family owned BBQ and catering company. After 20 years in law enforcement, the owner started a catering company, using his grandmother's recipes for down home, Southern cooking. With that and the knowledge and skill for true traditional, North Alabama BBQ, he opened a small take out business, with a large venue for catering and renting. As business is growing, it is now necessary to expand into a full dine in location, purchase more equipment and a delivery vehicle for catering. We currently have daily and weekly customers, as well as, those that are in town on vacation, as we are here on the coast.
