The Blue Giraffe isn't just a restaurant its a place where the whole community comes together. Families with kids, couples on a date, everyone feels welcome there. We want to bring that back to the island of Sanibel after everything the island has been through. And create a space where people can relax and make new memories. The road to reopening the Blue Giraffe hasn't been easy I've faced a lot of challenges including loved ones, and working with contractors who didn't deliver. But I'm determined to rebuild this restaurant, not just for myself but for the whole community. My proforma already factors in inflation, and the cost of rebuilding and I'm confident we can achieve a 13.43% profit margin. I understand that investors want to know there is a clear path for them to get there money back, in the addition to the success of the restaurant, I'm offering 8% rate on there initial investments paid back to them monthly over a five year period. Plus they would receive a 5% share if the profits.
Reopening the Blue Giraffe is just the beginning I've got my sights set on rebuilding my second location and I'm confident that with this initial investment we can make that happen sooner rather than later. This expansion will be a major milestone, and it will pay off big with everyone involved.
