My name is Eugene & I’m the founder & owner of Blue Blood Construction and have been in business for almost 18 years primarily specializing in residential home remodeling. I was an art major in college making my quality & attention to detail unparalleled in the industry. My ability to incorporate artistic finish’s like texture & tile as well as my talent for picking out the perfect colors for a home are what set me apart from other contractors & why my clients recommend me to all their friends & invite me into their family.  The home that I am  requesting funding for is a beautiful stick framed country style dream home with a white picket fence & friendly wild horses on a large parcel in a nice neighborhood with unlimited potential for a General Contractor like me.  The home is 4 bedrooms with 2 large bathrooms and a 3 car garage with a large front and backyard where horses are permitted. The side yard also has a large RV pad with a 50 amp sub panel. The majority of the Sheetrock and flooring as well as the kitchen cabinets have been demoed and the home is ready to begin renovation. The corner of the roof where the leak happened  has been identified and the framing, siding, and roofing repairs will be minimal.  I should be able to come up with the remaining money for materials & I don’t think the remodel will take more than 3 months & the house should be able to be sold for a significant profit after that.
