We are a telecommunication consulting firm started in 2012, we work with enterprise customers to find the best communication solutions for their needs. We work and have direct contracts with ATT, Connect US /Verizon, T-Mobile , Net 2 Phone, ATT APEX, ACC, First Net Network, and Spectrum we have associated contracts with Ring Central and most US carriers as well as  ATT Mexico, Net2Phone Mexico. 

For the last 10 years, we have been a profitable company with no outside help or funding. Last year we had an employee our Sales Director embezzle a large sum of money by becoming a managing partner of an IT firm and directing our sales to this firm. As of now what we can prove is about 1.9 Million dollars of diverted revenue knowing this amount is higher we saw that new customers were also being diverted to this IT Firm. We do have a criminal case and civil case open against the individual and company that participated. We are moving along but have found ourselves in need of funding while we go thru this process and reestablish communication with our customers informing them of what has taken place. We have proved the complaint case that has been filed with the State of California and provided all the documentation asked in the CIP Capital Fund application. We have also attached some of our contracts with ATT we are contracted to support their first net network, Alliance, and wholesale business. We have been in business for over 10 years and were incorporated in 2013.
