Significant Growth: BlocPal achieved over $9 billion in annual user transactions for 2023, and this is just the beginning. We are targeting to reach C$6 million in monthly revenue (C$70 million in annualized revenue) by January 2025, with expectations of 100% year-over-year revenue growth over the next two years.
With our proven, innovative platform infrastructure now in place, we are looking to raise capital to fund our next stage of growth and prepare for a potential public listing late in 2025. Our use of proceeds includes:
- Closing and integrating the strategic acquisition of an ATM Network in Canada that will greatly accelerate our expansion in this market;
- Proceeding with the second phase of our proven India growth strategy to further increase both margin and profitability;
- Launching an innovative stablecoin and Real Estate tokenization program to integrate with various financial services across our platform;
- Debuting our innovative treatypayments solution with Indigenous Services Canada; and
- Funding team expansion and other general corporate initiatives including a targeted IPO later in 2025.
